Charity Welch is a native of southern Indiana and graduated from Vincennes University in 1997 with an associate’s degree in nursing. She later attended Indiana Wesleyan University, earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner.

Charity joined First Urology in 2012. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and she has extensive experience in emergency medicine and immediate care.

Charity lives in Campbellsburg, Indiana, where she enjoys spending time and playing with her pets — seven dogs and one cat.
