Stephanie Flaspoehler is a native of southern Indiana and graduated from Spalding University School of Nursing in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She later attended the University of Louisville, where she received a master’s degree in nursing.

Stephanie is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has worked in all specialty areas with extensive experience in urology. She joined the practice in 2002, where she has served as research manager, coordinating urological studies.

Stephanie is married with two wonderful children and lives in Louisville.
