Lauren Lewis is a Louisville native. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Lauren has over 13 years of nursing experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including perioperative care, pediatrics, and travel nursing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lauren joined First Urology in December 2025 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. 

Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors, running, traveling, and spending time with her family.
