Lauren Helton is a native of Southern Indiana and graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with her ASN in 2014. She later attended Herzing University where she completed her MSN in 2022. Lauren is Board-Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Lauren has extensive experience in the perioperative setting where she worked for 15 years before becoming a nurse practitioner. She also has experience in pediatrics as a registered nurse and as a provider.

Lauren currently resides in Charlestown, Indiana with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys singing in her church worship band and watching her children participate in sports.
