Kelly Gollar is a native of southern Indiana and graduated from Indiana University Southeast School of Nursing in 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She later attended the University of Louisville, where she received a master’s degree in nursing and a post-master’s certificate as an adult nurse practitioner. She is also certified as a urological nurse by the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates and an operating room nurse by the Association of Operating Room Nurses.

Kelly has worked in the area of perioperative nursing as both a staff nurse and perioperative educator. She has worked in all specialty areas with extensive experience in urology. She joined the practice in 1996 and she has served as a nurse clinician for First Urology, specializing in urodynamics for the past five years. Kelly is married and lives in Louisville.
