Katherine “Katie” Prather is a native of Louisville, KY. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky in 2013 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2022.

She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has 10 years of experience in nursing, including intensive care unit and post-anesthesia care unit settings. She joined First Urology in January 2025.

Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading, and baking.
