Dr. Jonathan Schmidt was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He attended Indiana University Bloomington for undergraduate studies where he majored in Mathematics and Biochemistry. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed residency at Indiana University.

Dr. Schmidt has a wide variety of clinical interests in general urology. His primary interests include treatment of BPH, stone disease, overactive bladder, urologic oncology, and robotic surgery. He is licensed to practice medicine in both Indiana and Kentucky.

With his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and outdoor activities including fly fishing, hiking, climbing, and diving.
