Dennis N. Smith, M.D.

Dr. Smith is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College at Harvard University in 1988 and later attended Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.

After completing two years of general surgery training and his urology residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Dr. Smith received additional training in laparoscopic approaches to female urinary incontinence and microsurgery. He also performed a year of molecular biology research at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Dr. Smith has authored articles published in professional journals on the use of collagen in treating urinary incontinence, and he has presented his research in the treatment of urinary incontinence and voiding dysfunction at national and international urologic meetings.

Dr. Smith practices general urology with a specific interest in female urology, voiding dysfunction and laparoscopic surgeries. He is a member of:
