Diane grew up on a small farm in southern Indiana. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Nursing at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

Diane is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and joined First Urology in 2012. She is married with two beautiful daughters and lives in Georgetown, Indiana.
