Dr. Medley is a native of Owensboro, Kentucky. He received his undergraduate degree from Transylvania University in Lexington and graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine before receiving his urology specialty training from the University of Louisville School of Medicine.

Dr. Medley was a University of Kentucky Fellow and joined the practice in 1997. Dr. Medley is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Medley practices all areas of urology, but has a special interest in female urology, Urinary Incontinence for both men and women, and treating  BPH with UroLift and Rezum.  Dr. Medley has earned the Center of Excellence designation for the UroLift System, due to his high level of training and experience with this system.
